Professional Services

Whether providing pre-bid program and budget development, design review, window-washing equipment inspection, evaluation, operating procedures and training or any of the many professional services offered, Rauch International has designed its services to provide maximum support to the client.

Feasibility Studies

Having quality information is the key to making an informed decision. Using value engineering and life cycle costing principals Rauch International feasibility studies provide the client with the information necessary to make an informed decision.

Pre-Bid Program and Budget Development

Rauch International provides many of its services such as request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP), preliminary design, scope of work and cost information to the client bidding on or planning a project.

These services help ensure that the client's decisions on their project are based on quality information and are particularly helpful when used to plan additions, repairs or replacements as part of the client's operating/maintenance budget.

Retained Services

Whether owner's representative, consulting, labor, supervision or engineering, Rauch International offers many of its services on retainer. Packages can be customized to fit your needs

Consultants

Our consulting approach is dedicated to assembling the best team for each project and is based on the simple fact that the client's needs are paramount.

Since Rauch International is not affiliated with any company in such a fashion that would force the use of services or products which may not be right for a project, we are able to provide unbiased recommendations for each application. Therefore, clients can be assured that the services we provide are purely for their benefit, based on unbiased analysis and an agreed Scope Of Work.

Project Management

Rauch International's approach to project management begins with a detailed pre-construction to construction transition meeting between the consultant, client and project manager. It is critical that the project manager is aware of the various and sometimes competing demands, differing identified and unidentified expectations and priorities of the client, company hired, and others on the project whose actions and decisions may affect such things as schedule, quality and/or cost.

To ensure the successful execution and delivery throughout the project of the expectations that were set forth during the contract negotiation and finalization stage, the project manager will use standard accepted project management principals such as cost analysis, dispute resolution, procurement, communications, contract, scope and time management.

Engineering

One of the most critical and most often overlooked aspects of a project is the final commissioning and debugging of equipment prior to use. Rauch International works closely with equipment vendors and installers to ensure that all equipment is operating/performing to the agreed upon expectations prior to client turn-over and usage.

Value Engineering

The improvement of value without the sacrifice of quality or function is known as Value Engineering. Heavily dependent on teamwork, a multi-disciplined cross section of individuals and/or companies work together, each bringing their own unique perspectives and experiences to the project. With access to top quality engineering resources available worldwide, Rauch International can put together the best teams available to work together to provide creative solutions.

Design Reviews

Many times problems arise during the construction phase that are a result of construction document errors or omissions, inconsistencies or interferences. A thorough design review by Rauch International can help to minimize and/or eliminate these problems, thereby helping to ensure a successful project.

Forensic Engineering

In many cases, the true cause of an accident is not initially evident. With access to top quality engineers, scientists and technicians worldwide, Rauch International can provide the client with careful analysis pursuing origin and cause from on-scene observations through laboratory analysis, and when required, produce a reconstruction of the event through computer-generated video animation to determine who, if anyone, is at fault.

Litigation Support and Expert Witness

Through its own extensive experience as well as that of individuals and companies from around the world to which it has access, Rauch International provides premier litigation support and expert witness service to clients in the areas of rigging, access and related services.
